Chiriaco Summit, 67 miles west of Blythe, and home of the General Patton Memorial Museum, is now home to the one-thousand square foot Chiriaco Summit Southwest Travel Information Center. The center can provide comprehensive travel and tourist information for attractions in the Southwest.

The center is air conditioned and wheelchair accessible, has internet search capability, can check for road conditions and closures, and can produce detailed printed address-to-address driving instructions and maps, send faxes or make copies for a nominal fee.

Margit Chiriaco Rusche, President and CEO of Joseph L. Chiriaco, Inc. said, “The Chiriaco Summit Southwest Travel Information Center was opened because we want to continue to upgrade the facilities at Chiriaco Summit for the interstate traveler. The information center is an added dimension to the services we offer here at Chiriaco Summit as well as a Welcome to California. We continue to shine on our own spot and make it the best it can possibly be.”
